Unboxing

Your tile arrives in a premium matte grey rigid box with a magnetic closure. Inside: one tile, nestled in precision die-cut EVA foam, and this certificate.

To unbox:

  1. Remove the outer sleeve, if present.
  2. Open the magnetic lid. It clicks. You're welcome.
  3. Lift the tile from its foam cavity using both hands. The surface is mirror-like and marks easily — treat it accordingly.
  4. Place it somewhere. Observe it. Consider what it means. Move on.

Care & Maintenance

It's a tile. Maintenance is minimal. That said, the high-gloss surface is a fingerprint magnet and scratches permanently.

  1. Fingerprints: Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth in one direction. Do not use paper towels.
  2. Dust: Same cloth. Same motion. You've got this.
  3. Smudges: A slightly damp microfibre cloth, followed immediately by a dry one. No cleaning products.
  4. Scratches: Permanent. Irreversible. A reminder that nothing lasts.
  5. Storage: Keep in the original box. That's what it's for.

You can try. It will not help.
